About Living & Driving While Black Foundation
Living & Driving While Black Foundation (LDWB) founded August 10, 2005 as a 501 (c)(3) non-profit corporation, incorporated under the State of Illinois for charitable purposes of enhancing the quality of life, by informing community residents that racial profiling occurs when race is used by law enforcement or private security officials, to any degree as a basis for criminal suspicion in non-suspect specific investigation; and that discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality sexual preference or any other particular identity undermines the basic human rights and freedoms to which every person is entitled.
